REGOLAMENTO
Art. 1 – Il concorso prevede una
selezione online e le finali in presenza il giorno 10 ottobre mattina presso il Centro Studi Musica & Arte in Via Pietrapiana 32 nero a di Firenze,
Iscrizione e invio dei filmati entro il 13 settembre 2024. Le ammissioni alla
prova finale saranno comunicate per mail il 20 settembre 2024. Nella prova finale sarà eseguito lo stesso programma registrato nel video inviato.
Art. 2 – la manifestazione è aperta a musicisti italiani e stranieri, i vincitori di primo premio assoluto negli anni precedenti non possono partecipare nella stessa categoria, ma solo in altra categoria.
Art. 3- Il Concorso prevede le seguenti sezioni
Categoria A: solisti di età inferiore ai 13 anni.
Categoria B: solisti di età fra i 14 e i 17 anni
Categoria C: solisti maggiorenni senza limiti di età
Categoria D: ensemble con chitarra di età media inferiore ai 19 anni
Categoria E: ensemble con chitarra senza limiti di età
Art. 4 – E’ ammessa la partecipazione a più categorie
Art. 5 – I candidati invieranno link al video privato caricato su Youtube o analoga piattaforma in internet. Il video devoe essere registrato con camera fissa e non deve riportare tagli o modifiche di alcun genere al video originale.
Art. 6- le iscrizioni si chiuderanno il 13 settembre 2024 alle ore 23,59; è possibile contattare la segreteria info@florenceguitarfestival.it o consultare il Sito internet www.florenceguitarfestival.it
Art. 7 – L’iscrizione al concorso comporta l’accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento e delle sue eventuali modifiche approvate dalla direzione artistica e organizzativa
COMMISSIONE GIUDICATRICE
Art. 8 – La commissione giudicatrice è composta da musicisti attivi sia in campo didattico sia artistico, ed in particolare da Ganesh Del Vescovo, Vincenzo Saldarelli, Giorgio Albiani, Erika Baldi e Stefania Di Blasio.
Nel caso in cui uno dei membri della commissione avesse avuto contatti didattici con i concorrenti, esso dovrà obbligatoriamente astenersi dalla votazione. In nessun caso potranno concorrere persone che abbiano rapporti di parentela con i commissari.
Art. 9 – Il giudizio della Commissione è inappellabile e insindacabile, e sarà espresso mediante votazione da 1 a 100. I risultati, pubblicati sul sito, non riporteranno i punteggi inferiori a 84/100.
Il giudizio della commissione in centesimi, è il risultato della media ottenuta, assegnando il premio come segue:
da 98 a 100 centesimi: Primo Premio Assoluto,
da 95 a 97 centesimi: Primo Premio (Diploma di 1° Premio);
da 90 a 94 centesimi: Secondo Premio (Diploma di 2° Premio);
da 85 a 89 centesimi: Terzo Premio (Diploma di 3° Premio).
Art. 10 – I vincitori di ciascuna categoria si esibiranno nell’edizione del Florence Guitar Festival 2024.
Art. 11 - Il programma della durata massima prevista per ciascuna categoria è a libera scelta.

Art. 12 - QUOTE DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Cat. A: Euro 40,00

Cat. D: Euro 25,00 per ciascun membro del gruppo
Cat. E: Euro 40,00 per ciascun membro del gruppo
La quota di partecipazione non sarà rimborsabile.
Art. 13 - MODALITÀ D’ISCRIZIONE
I candidati dovranno inviare entro il 13 settembre 2023 tramite e-mail a info@florenceguitarfestival.it:
la scheda di iscrizione, debitamente compilata e firmata indicando il link al video.
Alla domanda dovranno essere allegati i seguenti documenti:
1) Copia fronte-retro della carta d’identità o passaporto
2) Ricevuta di versamento della quota di iscrizione effettuata a mezzo bonifico bancario

I risultati del 7° Florence Guitar Competition Alvaro Company saranno pubblicati sul sito www.florenceguitarfestival.it
I concerti dei Vincitori si terranno a titolo gratuito durante
il Florence Guitar Festival 2024.

International Florence Guitar Competition Alvaro Company 2024 - Regulation
REGULATION
Art. 1 - The international competition Alvaro Company includes
an online selection and the finals phases, in presence in Florence, on October 10th in the morning, at Centro Studi Musica & Arte, Via Pietrapiana 32.
Applications and video's submission within September 13th 2024. The admitted to the Final phases will
be contacted by email on September 20th 2024. It is mandatory to perform the same program as in the video recording submitted during the selections.
Art. 2 - The competition is open to Italian and foreign musicians. The winners who achieved the absolute first prize in previous editions cannot participate in the same category for the which the won the price.
Art. 3 - The competition includes the following categories:
Category A: soloists under the age of 13.
Category B: soloists aged between 14 and 17
Category C: adult soloists without age limits
Category D: guitar ensemble with an average age of less than 19 years
Category E: guitar ensemble without age limits
Art. 4 - It is allowe to participate to multiple categories in the same year
Art. 5 - Candidates have to send links to private videos of the performance, uploaded to Youtube or a similar internet platform. The video must be recorded with a fixed camera and must not report cuts or editing of any kind.
Art. 6 - Applications will close on September 13th 2024 at 11.59 pm. It is possible to contact the secretaryship by e-mail: info@florenceguitarfestival.it. However all the informations are available on the website: www.florenceguitarfestival.it
Art. 7 - Applications for the competition implies the
unconditional acceptance of these regulations and any modifications approved by the
artistic and organizational pannel.
COMMISSION
Art. 8 - The judging commission is composed by
musicians active in both the educational and artistic fields: Ganesh Del Vescovo, Vincenzo Saldarelli, Giorgio
Albiani, Erika Baldi and Stefania Di Blasio.
In the case that one of the members of the commission had didactic contacts with the competitors, he / she must necessarily abstain from voting. In no case a relative of the commissioners can participate to the competition.
Art. 9 - The judgment of the Commission is final and unquestionable, and will be expressed by a vote from 1 to 100. The results, published on the site, will not report grades with scores lower than 84/100. The commission's judgment in hundredths is the result of the average obtained by the single votes of any commissioner. The prize are following:
from 98 to 100 cents: Absolute First Prize,
from 95 to 97 cents: First Prize (1st Prize Diploma);
from 90 to 94 cents: Second Prize (2nd Prize Diploma);
from 85 to 89 cents: Third Prize (3rd Prize Diploma).
Art. 10 - The winners of each category of the Florence Guitar Competition will perform their Concert award, completely for free, during the Florence Guitar Festival 2024.
Art. 11 - The pieces selection for the program, each category, is free choice of the candidates. The only limitation is to respect the maximal duration per each category:

Art. 12 - PARTICIPATION FEES
Cat. A: EUR 40.00
Cat B: EUR 50.00
Cat C: EUR 70.00
Cat. D: EUR 25.00 for each member of the group
Cat. E: EUR 40.00 for each member of the group
The participation fee will not be refundable.
Art. 13 - REGISTRATION METHOD
Candidates must send the application form, duly completed and signed indicating the link to the video by September 13th 2024 by e-mail to: info@florenceguitarfestival.it
The following documents must be attached to the application:
1) Front-back copy of the identity card or passport
2) Receipt of payment of the registration fee made by bank transfer:

All members will receive a certificate of participation. The prize concerts will be held completely free of charge.
Art. 15 - AWARDS CERIMONY
The results of the 7th Florence Guitar Competition "Alvaro Company" will be published on the website www.florenceguitarfestival.it
The Winners' concerts will be held during the Florence Guitar Festival 2024, not necessarely on the same day. The schedule of the concert will be communicate by mail from the organiser of the festival.
